I've worked with Abegail throughout her entire time at Omnicell. I've found her easy to work with and always open to change and suggestions. Abegail is very good at working across all avenues (directly with our team PMs, customers, SMEs and our engineering teams) to ensure fully vetted solutions. She is very open to joint collaboration and has also taken the lead on several customer calls, SME calls, engineering kick-offs and written very helpful scripts to assist when PMs lead the calls. Abegail mentors other UX designers and recently gave a lecture / presentation to design students, both of which reflect her growing leadership skills. I strongly feel people like Abegail who are striving to grow in their careers and show clear evidence of their hard work are a huge asset to any team and organization as a whole.

Abegail was a joy to work with. She has a certain pragmatism and ability to cut to the heart of complex problems that I highly value.Abegail frequently tackled not only her own workload but also volunteered to support the team by running our design critiques, participating in hackathons, onboarding initiatives, etc. She was always there to provide valuable support far beyond her already strenuous job.

Abby is a talented designer and a UX researcher and a wonderful person to work with. She provided such creative solutions for issues that seemed to have no solutions. She thinks the entire flow from start to finish and makes the confusing flow look so simple and neat. She learned on the fly the new design software and we didn't even know that it was new to her, she made it seamless and effortless! She is very hard working, and produces astonishing amount of work in a short period of time. Every meeting with her was fun and felt relaxing even at the most stressful times. Abby is a hidden gem, and anyone working with her will enjoy her as much as we did. I am happy I had a chance to work with Abby and to get to know her as a person.

When Abegail first joined our organization, she jumped feet first into several ongoing design projects which is not the easiest thing to do when starting a new job. Not only did she complete these projects on time, but her work was so thorough and detail-oriented that it ended up saving us countless hours that would usually be spent on additional rounds of edits.Abegail found creative design solutions whenever we met a roadblock, was proactive when faced with the twist and turns of the design process, and the enthusiasm she brought to her work each day was infectious. And even without her creativity and enthusiasm, her design work speaks for itself. She was a fantastic colleague and would make a great addition to any design team.
