Hi, I’m Abegail Otero — a UX designer based in Las Vegas. I’m passionate about creating thoughtful, human-centered experiences and helping others discover the joy and purpose in design.

This past year (2025), I've been working on building a career coaching business, Value Driven Careers, with my husband Justin. We've been hard at work developing a platform to help product managers, engineers, and designers to level up their influence, impact, and income.

I’m deeply invested in my local Las Vegas community, where I’ve been exploring ways to make design more accessible — from mentoring students to teaching design thinking to the next generation. I believe design is a powerful way to serve others: to listen, to understand, and to make small improvements that ripple outward.

Now, I’m looking forward to bringing this blend of empathy, leadership, and curiosity back into a full-time UX design role, where I can collaborate with teams who value both craft and community impact.
